If Winston Peters campaign appearances are anything like his debate performance last night he will easily win more than 5% of the vote. I’m so depressed – are we ever going to get rid of this guy?

  1. If you strike him down he will become more powerful that he was when alive.
I think we must all knew that.
Funny thing, for years I’ve thought that its important that we keep WPeters in public view in parliament , imagine what he could of been getting up to this whole time if was a patched member?

  2. it’s depressing but more depressing is seeing Labour supporters claim that if NZF get over 5% then that would add more seats “to the Left”.

I can understand the grubby need to have had Winston to keep Labour in power over the last few years but the sight of Labourites falling over themeslves to support him as senior Labour ministers have done and then to claim that he’s of the Left is all a bit much.

With Labourites so keen to call anything National comes up with “racist” and failing to see the irony it does suggest that a lot of people have a very shallow comitment to liberal principles.

  3. Not this Labour supporter. In fact, I won’t be casting a vote for Labour at all this election, let alone NZ First.

  4. “are we ever going to get rid of this guy?”

Absolutely! All we need is another Revalation, like today’s Glenn attack but preferably from the police saying they’ve arrested him, on the day 6th of November and he and his party are dead meat!
